Just to clarify...it is nice and toasty up there in June , right? I'm a little cold weather shocked at the moment. LOL I'd be game. " I refuse to belong to any organization that would accept me as a member" Groucho Marx

I'm not from New England so I guess I couldn't even get the boarding pass. But with all due respect.. I'm more of a 'one on one' kinda guy when it comes to vacation spots. You've got a hell of a lot more spunk than me girl! If you're putting out these type of positive vibes in your job search, you'll find something soon! I'd hire you! ... is there another way to look at it Going Too Fucking Far NEW Blog Features RevealeD O O A Foolproof Method Posted Over on that NEW site O O

I'd love to visit Boston or Cape Cod ... but I'm afraid it's too far away for me. I wish you best of luck and success on your job hunt. I was in a similar situation a couple of years ago and ended up employing myself. Uli

You have a willing helper HERE!!! I have wanted to do one for two years. FMAO sent me all kinds of suggestions on howto make it work out- how to start hunting. Do you want me to make a POLL or special blog about it?? The invite extends into Canada cause some of them are close enough. I am a good planner.>>>>>>> (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

I'm game in this moment. It'll have to be in Boston though cause I need to scratch that one off my bucket list. Thoughts from the Garden...

Sounds great. In all my travels, I have never been north of New York State, unless you count Quebec ! My bucket list includes a long trip to the eastern Canadian provinces as well as New England. Work up some details, please. And of course olive branches all around for those that cannot get along online in our blogs !

That sounds like fun. Is Boston more expensive than the cape? The molten lava storms usually haven't started here in June. What's the temperature like there in June? Except for last year, I've had to buy a jacket every time I've been to Boston in July.

Would love to attend but I believe the distance could be a tad of a hurdle for myself.

It looks like a fun party despite the distance and prime locations! I wish success to your planning!

Love the idea. A few quick thoughts. . . Newport - a great choice. Very walkable for bar crawling. Parking and accommodations in the summer are always a problem. I do have access to a cottage, but that requires being super nice to my sister for half of 2019. Providence - very underrated. Some great places to eat and drink. Love Federal Hill. A few cool waterfront bars that you can see in Something About Mary. June also means River Fire, which is cool. Boston - agree that it could get pricey. But no shortage of people, places or things. Cape Cod - for non-New Englanders, the best of all options. Getting there in the summer can be a bit of a chore, but if you're looking for summer fun in New England, few places are funner, summer-er or New England-er. If you're REALLY looking for adventure, Provincetown might be known for its gay community, but a gorgeous town and a wild place to experience for gay/straight/bi/other alike. Plus, the lower Cape means sharks, and if you have anyone you'd like devoured off the planet, that's your place.

I often just have to let out a big sigh when I read about a blogger bash event happening. The reason being, I can't make the distance from over the pond.
