As a man... I am deffinitely attracted to a freshly showered, smartly dressed, classy and well mannered woman, carrying a hard copy of the "Kama Sutra". Yep... that would do it for me... I don't mind when a woman makes the first move. Confidence is very sexy. I like to have a conversation, to find out if we are compatible intellectually before anything else can happen. If you engage my brain, the rest of me will follow. There is no such thing as NSA for me. FWB works if the friend part comes first. From the women I chat with I have found that the dating pool out there for people over 40 is... limited and rather like looking for a strand of hay in a haystack.

Women should make the first move if interested. Especially on this site. Seems most women on here won't even do you the courtesy of saying not interested.

Life is not a game... There's no trial run either... Personally I think both men and women are guilty of if there's no instant attraction they don't test the waters... I also think the net has added to this with the swipe right swipe left. I know I look at the face first and need to like what I see or forget it. I've asked lots of women out and thankfully I have thick skin cos rejection sucks. Any way... It's your BIRTHDAY WEEK so HAPPY BIRTHDAY and have a grrrrrrrrrrreat week

In today's "everything is So offensive" I think it is safer for the woman to make the first move. At least then the guy can take a deep breath and let it out knowing she will not go ape ship on him if he were to say hi to her. Trust me, the offense is real.

Yes, they may not be attracted but they most likely will enjoy the conversation. And I think older guys have learned that the princess type isn't worth the trouble and have learned to see more than beauty. Thicker women have never been my type but I have seen some recently that are so attractive because of their personality and attitude. Again, as I have said many times, attitude for me is now my number one thing to use to judge whether I would want to spend any time with her.
