Cavemen suffered without dentistry. So life was nasty, brutish and short. So you are comparitively well off. I hope that provides some consolation... I wish you a speedy recovery.

That sounds like a big head ache. I consider myself so lucky to live in a country with a National health service (although the last few governments are trying to sell it off) although we pay for dentistry there is a maximum of about £250. Hope it goes well. xx

You are much braver than I. Hope you feel much better, soon.

I have 2 holes in my smile, but fortunately they are far enough back that no one else would really notice unless they were looking far too hard, into my mouth. I was given the option of a bridge, but that was just sounded like a pain in the ***.

I am so fortunate I still have all my teeth, but like you don't have more than a basic dental plan to cover checkups, cleaning and x-rays. I pray that I manage to keep alll of them - as even fillings fill me with dread.

Check out my profile or and become a "watcher" of my blog FMAOPLS,to learn more about me, and for intelligent, lively, smartassy and fun discussion, with a little irreverence thrown in. "Like" or comment on my photos, and I promise I'll add more. Thanks.

Please get dental coverage under State plan. At least it will save you 60% of regular billing charges. Also, if you don't have insurance, Dentist charges are way to high than discounted rates with insurance companies.

Also, get antibiotics to avoid any complication. Wish you will get better soon.

Sorry to hear that! Wishing you a fast, speedy recovery! Been there, done that too. No fun at. I have several back teeth with hair line fractures that are temperature & pressure sensitive, yet I still forget sometimes which side to chew on or that I really shouldn't be eating or drinking that until my teeth decide to remind me. Yet don't want to get them capped or pulled until it's a last resort. Best of luck to ya with everything!

Perhaps my cock in your mouth would have helped?

oooo That's not good. I can relate. Had some work done on my teeth last summer and it cost me a bundle. The most pain I've ever felt, was back in the day when they pulled all 4 wisdom teeth - and that was before they used decent anesthetic . . . Yep teeth are underrated . . . Hope it works out for you !
