 "I dont care" along with "no Worries" , "just sayin'" " my bad" are so mainstream now that having a good open conversation is totally alien.
So when you ask if someone wants to go out to dinner or stay home and cook and you get" I don't care"- well now you do not care and I do not blame you. Been there- it's a toughie

 maybe bored with you, but you provide a paycheck
when driving truck and the one you love is at home doesn't mean she won't play around, I drove for 11 years and my wife rode with me, this way she saw what I did, I let 2 other wives go because they acted bored and when I asked about that they said yes they were. I let them go, I now have 2 friends and that's all I want. Can't trust the rest to let them get close to me.

 I agree with what Pocogato said she's so right, and people just need to stop saying stuff like that and tell it how it really is and COMMUNICATE!!!

 ya, i hear you...if she said she doesn't care, it means, she doesn't care...i guess that includes she doesn't care about you, any more either...that's just sad, but i guess it has got to come to that, sometimes...i am sorry...you are at the crossroad now...
