Problems with viewing Cams on IM

Hey Everybody,
I haven't been able to view anyones webcam for almost two weeks... Talked with tech support a couple nights ago and about two minutes before writing this post!
Is anyone else having problems viewing webcams... I don't even have the option to view anyones webcam, so its not just for on person, but everyone's webcam for ! Was told that this is an known bug and they are working to fix it... Just curious if others are having the same issue as I am!
