I’m a 46-yo, cisgender, heterosexual, woman who’s getting a divorce and finally feeling free from a man who held my happiness hostage. My Ideal Person Ideal? Jason Scott Lee in The Dragon: the Bruce Lee story. Definitely ideal, but if we’re talking ideal realistically, I’d say men taller than 5’10” and physically strong. Don’t care about skin color or race. I do care that I find him pleasant to gaze upon with my eyeballs. I feel bad for saying this, because I’m certainly NOT at an ideal weight myself, but I’m not turned on by any overweight size. I don’t mind thick and proportioned. Doesn’t have to be chiseled. I’m not into a lot of body hair or beards (because it feels like the beard is hiding something important). I like playful men, but at the same time masculine (with a secure/confident air about himself because he is comfortable in his skin and has a “who gives a fuck” attitude about what he does— like he has no qualms about painting his fingernails with his son because he could give a shit what YOU think. He’s about action, not talk. No reason to brag, he’ll just show me. This person has a high EQ. He’s caring. (I believe I’m what’s called a demisexual?)) He also could give a rat’s ass about whether he gets blowjobs or not—especially when he understands the reasoning behind my not liking it. He is compassionate, passionate with a devil’s side. Hey! Come on now, the question said “ideal!” Cut me some slack! But yes, I’m already in love with the man I just described.
