 Apparently You haven't encountered the ones that show various pictures & ask you too click on Stoplights, Bus, etc. !!! And then tell you that you clicked on wrong boxes;
try again; then show a different picture !!!!

 And there are those chat bots on sites that pretend to be "live" customer service.
